3. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our Site are described as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, pricing, or other content are always error-free, complete, or current. Due to the nature of furniture manufacturing, slight variations in color, texture, wood grain, or dimensions may occur between the product displayed on our Site and the actual item received.

In the event of a pricing error or inaccurate product description — even after an order confirmation has been sent — we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all orders — there are no hidden fees.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of purchase. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the total order price.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Pricing errors or inaccuracies
Items being out of stock or discontinued
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Failure to verify payment authorization
Unusual order patterns or behavior

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered our fulfillment process.

To request a modification or cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@gfurniture.net with your order number. After 2 hours, your order may enter our fulfillment process and changes may no longer be possible. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Refunds & Returns Policy to initiate a return.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not offer international shipping, APO/FPO addresses, or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM Pacific Time daily.
Estimated Delivery Time: Standard items: 5–10 business days after shipment. Large furniture items: 7–15 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, freight scheduling, or circumstances beyond our control. For large furniture deliveries, our carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unassembled (if applicable), and returned in its original packaging with all hardware, components, and assembly instructions intact.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been assembled, used, or installed.
Items returned without original packaging, hardware, or assembly instructions.
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, stains, or damage after delivery.
Clearance, final sale, or "as-is" items, as clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Gift cards.

Return shipping is free of charge — a prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon authorization of your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. 8. Assembly & Product Care

Certain furniture products sold on our Site may require assembly by the customer. Assembly instructions and necessary hardware are provided with each applicable product. G Furniture is not responsible for:

Product damage resulting from incorrect or improper assembly by the customer.
Injuries or damages caused by improper assembly or use of the product.
Differences in product appearance due to variations in screen display settings, lighting, or monitor calibration.

We recommend following all provided assembly instructions carefully and using appropriate tools. If you need assistance with assembly, please contact our customer service team.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of G Furniture or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
